We then created a Sipstream solution with a hunt group, individual extensions and DDI numbers, voicemail to email, music on hold and complete call plans within 24 hours. We then delivered, installed and fully tested this solution and when complete we diverted their main phone numbers to the Sipstream service so that there was a seamless transition. Total time take from receiving the panic phone call to leaving their office with a fully working solution…72 hours! Since then their old analogue numbers have also been ported over to their Sipstream service.
